Pocso Awareness program

Today, our college invited an Inspector from the POCSO department, who gave us an awareness session on the topic. Ma'am delivered a valuable and informative speech during the session.

As a pre-service teacher, it is important for us to be trained and informed through such awareness programs. So, it was a great opportunity to participate in this session and gain knowledge.

Drug Awareness program  10 November 2024 Today, our college conducted a drug awareness program. This session was organized by the Drug Care Centre at Aasaripallam Government Hospital, Kanyakumari. They raised awareness about drug addiction among young children. They also showed pictures of cancer patients affected by drug addiction, including the use of tobacco, liquor, etc. This session was highly informative and helpful. Challenges: The session was brief, and as pre-service teachers, we need more awareness about drug addiction. However, I still found it very helpful.
