Art and Drama Event

Art and Drama

Today, our college conducted an Art and Drama event. We all participated enthusiastically. Each group was formed based on students' subjects, and we chose a topic related to our field for the drama. My group chose The Corona as our topic, and I played the role of a granddaughter. It felt more like a TV serial, which made it fun, and I really enjoyed it.

Challenges:

This was my first time participating in a drama, and I felt very nervous to act on stage. I had stage fear, but despite that, I performed well.

Drug Awareness program

Drug Awareness program  10 November 2024 Today, our college conducted a drug awareness program. This session was organized by the Drug Care Centre at Aasaripallam Government Hospital, Kanyakumari. They raised awareness about drug addiction among young children. They also showed pictures of cancer patients affected by drug addiction, including the use of tobacco, liquor, etc. This session was highly informative and helpful. Challenges: The session was brief, and as pre-service teachers, we need more awareness about drug addiction. However, I still found it very helpful.
