One Billion youth for peace movement program

Today, our college invited members associated with the One Billion Youth Movement program. It was a meaningful session where they delivered valuable speeches on promoting peace and prosperity around the world. We also took a pledge to become Peace Ambassadors.

It was a great opportunity to participate in such a program, as we enlightened ourselves about standing against discrimination and spreading peace globally. We proudly became Peace Ambassadors through this movement.

Drug Awareness program

Drug Awareness program  10 November 2024 Today, our college conducted a drug awareness program. This session was organized by the Drug Care Centre at Aasaripallam Government Hospital, Kanyakumari. They raised awareness about drug addiction among young children. They also showed pictures of cancer patients affected by drug addiction, including the use of tobacco, liquor, etc. This session was highly informative and helpful. Challenges: The session was brief, and as pre-service teachers, we need more awareness about drug addiction. However, I still found it very helpful.
